Discover JOY.
Our focus on giving in 2024 focuses on
JOYOUS LIVING and GIVING.
This past fall, we explored the idea of what is “Enough,” based on the book by Adam Hamilton, and how to find the joy that comes from living simply and being generous as God calls us to be.
But to reach long-term sustainability, we need to continue the generosity shown during this campaign and carry on the practice of generosity throughout the year ahead. This will ensure the church can start the new year solvent, building a stronger foundation for ministry.
Dearborn First UMC celebrates 210+ years of growing mission and ministry and looks forward to many more!
As Christians, we are called to give as God has given to us. We share our gifts of love, time, talent, service, and money - all of which support the mission and ministries driving our vision to be a welcoming, inclusive, socially-engaged faith community striving to transform the world.
