CLIMATE CONSCIOUSNESS LANDSCAPE & GARDENING DAY
Saturday, May 13, 9:00 a.m. - noon.

IN THE SPIRIT OF WELCOMING SPRING, the DFUMC Climate Consciousness Team invites you to a spring gardening day - the first step in taking responsibility as a church for our impact on God’s creation.

It’s all part of a larger long-range “growth” plan to help our gardens thrive naturally, with less watering and maintenance. This is both a cost-saving measure, and a way to encourage our native plant landscapes. Come out and help improve our corner of the earth!

Climate consciousness is a priority ministry this year, both at Dearborn First UMC and in the larger United Methodist Church. It takes all of us to care for God’s creation so please come help care for our corner of the world!
