HELP FIGHT HUNGER IN DEARBORN: Pack lunches for school kids!

6-7 volunteers are needed for less than an hour, to pack lunches for Dearborn school children in need.

For many kids, free school breakfasts and lunches are the only reliable meals they receive in a day. These lunch bags help the kids make it through a long weekend of food insecurity.

Dearborn First UMC icommits to support Blessings in a Backpack Dearborn through monthly packing sessions. Lunches are packed into grocery bags, and then bins are delivered to schools on Fridays to help keep kids fed over the weekend.
