The Rotating Shelter is a ministry that feeds and shelters unhoused people for a week at a time at churches around the Metro Detroit area.
Dearborn First UMC will host approximately 20 guests the week of January 3 - 10, 2026
Volunteer duties include prepping sleeping and dining areas, making and serving meals, donating and shopping for supplies, providing friendship and hospitality, supervising overnight, and even perhaps some light laundry.
