DFUMC's Night of Art and Protest Series resumes! Experience art as activism as artists from all genres use their creative voices to bring social change. October 15 at 6:30 p.m., learn about immigration, ICE, and life at Baldwin Detention Center. November 12: Artist Julianna SanRoman tells her family's story of immigration, deportation, and forced family separation. January 14, 2027 a dramatic reading of names of victims who have been lynched, murdered, or abducted because of their race, ethnicity, gender or advocacy.
Lift your voice at the polls and help others do the same. Tuesday, November 3rd, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m., DFUMC Sanctuary: prayers, music, and reflections on the hour, every hour.
